Hi, I’m Kristina — welcome.
I’m a Clinical Psychologist with a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges with warmth, clarity, and care. If you’re feeling stuck in patterns of self-doubt, anxiety, perfectionism, or overwhelm—you’re not alone. Whether you’re going through a major life change or just feeling a little lost, therapy can be a space to reconnect with yourself and feel supported as you figure things out.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe that therapy works best when you feel truly seen and heard. I’ll work alongside you—not as an expert with all the answers, but as a guide who’s here to help you understand yourself better, build on your strengths, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
You might be wanting to set clearer boundaries, manage stress, feel more confident, or make sense of your inner world. Whatever you're facing, we’ll work together to develop tools that are meaningful and practical—so you can create lasting change, not just quick fixes.
I’ve worked across both public mental health and private practice, supporting adults from all walks of life. My areas of focus include anxiety, perfectionism, life transitions, self-esteem, and emotional regulation—but no matter what brings you to therapy, my goal is always the same: to offer a safe, supportive space where you can show up just as you are
